This week’s blog topic is reasons why multinational’s particularly in the tech industry find Ireland a great place to do business. I gathered the information from the IDA Ireland website. Introduction - Who am I

  My name is Katie Sutton, I am 22 years old, I live on my family farm in county Wexford, I am the eldest child in my family, I am currently in SETU Waterford studying bachelor of business with accountancy, I chose the general business stream as I wasn’t sure if accounting was definitely the course I wanted to do, with the general business course that I chose you start with general business, then get to choose the stream preferred, there is then an option available in 3 rd year where we can undertake placement, or do an Erasmus which allows us to clarify that we have chosen the correct stream   I undertook my work placement in my local Ifac accountant office in Enniscorthy, this was a great opportunity for me to get to see what a working day is like within an office I worked their Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
